Due to the nature of the work and the need for a cooperative and supportive atmosphere within the student body, we have chosen a confidential, non-competitive grading system. The Principal monitors each student's progress and meets with any student in a confidential interview who has received an unsatisfactory evaluation (failure or incomplete).

TRANSFER CREDITS
Upon review by the Principal and adequate documentation of previous training, credit may be given for credits received at another institution. A fee will be charged for administrative time to review and evaluate prior training documentation.

ATTENDANCE AND MAKE UP POLICY
"Course" refers to the Level of study in which the student is enrolled (i.e. Level I, II, III- a course of study.) "Class" refers to the individual classes within that level of course work. Students are expected to attend all scheduled class meetings. (No classes are held on Federal holidays). Absences and tardiness will be reflected on the class attendance sheets. Students must make up these missed hours within two weeks of the end of class. **It is the responsibility of the student to arrange make-up sessions and to obtain materials distributed during missed sessions with the individual instructor. Failure to do so may result in blocked registration for further classes and/or demotion of the student’s current level of completion. These arrangements must be made within 10 working days of the completion of the course. The individual instructor will charge an additional fee for make-up sessions. *Failure to complete the total hours of classroom attendance required in the allotted time will result in an “incomplete grade” assessment by the instructor, and no certificate of completion will be issued until hours are complete.”

Students whose non-attendance totals more than 10% of either class or total course hours will receive an "Incomplete" assessment. The course must then be completed by attending the appropriate class sessions of the next scheduled course or by privet arrangement with the instructor.
