Learn to find 5 key bilateral points in shoulders and neck to release stubborn tension and stress. Helps to relieve headaches, stuffy sinuses, and insomnia. May be practiced as a self-treatment, added to massage, body wrap, facial, or as a stand-alone treatment. Hands on practice.
